​ LSTS, together with Oceanscan MST and the Portuguese Navy gave a demonstration of AUV technologies to several Spanish institutions, at Cadiz, Spain.The focus of this demonstration was to showcase the LAUV-Seacon class vehicles by performing a series of surveys using Sidescan Sonar, Multibeam Sonar, CTD and Optical sensors.
During the demonstration, elements of the Spanish Navy were able to teleoperate the AUVs and follow all phases of the AUV life-cycle: planning, execution, revision of acquired data and dissemination of this data to the web.
